Karibuni :) This is Penthouse leaving at it's best: A very comfortable and inviting King size bed anchors your master bedroom. The room is ensuite, has it's own super size bathroom, wall-thru closet/dressing area, has floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors to the largest balcony in Westlands, and the most amazing natural lighting all day. The room is well appointed with a comfortable carpet, nightside tables, modern tripod floor lamp, custom bedside night lamps, and clean linens/beddings. You will have the best view of central westlands from your bed :) The flat is suitable for couples, families or business people wanting a peaceful stay, complete with much needed comforts. There is 24hr Wi-Fi and a smart TV connected to DSTV so you can make yourself truly at home. The flat has a washing machine and daily clean up options that may be used at your leisure. The apartment block has modern well maintained elevators for easy access to the flat which is on the 7th floor. With a large Smart TV in front of an L - shaped sofa guests can relax in a comfy, modern living room, to watch shows, movies or football matches under recessed lighting while enjoying views of the Nairobi skyline during the nighttime. The large dining table, breakfast bar area, and fully equipped kitchen round-out the open-plan design of your living area. There is an elevator and a standby generator for the common areas. Spend some time on either one of the two balconies gazing at gorgeous views of Westlands and Riverside. There is a Ring Doorbell with live feed video recording at the main door. The apartment building is also highly secure and manned by security guards 24/7, CCTV cameras and grill doors are installed at the apartment’s entrance for extra security. The building is also adjacent to a Administrative Police station further adding to it's security. The premises provides you with two free parking slots available for your use during your stay. While I will be staying in the unit for part of your stay, I give my guests space but am available when needed. In addition to their own private room and balcony, guests have FULL access to the entire apartment, common areas, and both balconies. There's also a gazebo in the yard for entertainment. I am reachable in person, and when I'm not in the unit, I can be reached on whatsapp, phone, sms. The area is unique because its the residential side of Westlands and it is within walking distance of Sarit Centre, Westlands Square, Westgate, and all the main areas of Westlands. Guests may get around via Uber, Bolt or Safeboda apps.
